Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is cancelled more than 5 days before check-in, no charges will apply and the full amount paid will be refunded.
  Example: if check-in is on the 10th and you cancel on the 4th or earlier, you will receive a full refund.
• If the booking is cancelled within 5 days of check-in or later, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
  Example: if check-in is on the 10th and you cancel on the 5th or later, no refund will be given.

Note: if the guest decides to leave the accommodation before the end of the stay, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
