The apartment is spread over two floors, offering ample space for up to 8 guests.
On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room complete with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table for 6. Master bedroom, boasting a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your belongings.
Two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower and sink and the other with a sink and toilet. This setup is perfect for those staying on this floor, as they can share the bathrooms more easily.
The first floor is also home to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the basics you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, a brand-new washing machine is provided for your convenience.
Moving upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the two bedrooms does not have air conditioning, but the air conditioning in all the other rooms and the fans provided will keep you cool during warmer months.
The apartment overlooks the private and silent internal courtyard, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat after your daily city tours.
It's worth noting that the ceilings on the upper floor are a bit low, but they add to the cozy and intimate feel of the rooms.

The three bedrooms have each a king sized bed, spacious wardrobes and airconditioning. Two bathrooms (both with a walk in showers) always equipped with a set of towels and courtesy toiletries for each guest. In the living room the two sofas convert into two queen size beds for 4 more guests.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious home cooked meals, and the living room is spacious enough for all guests to relax together or to watch TV. The apartment also includes a private parking space and a fast internet connection, making it suitable for remote work.
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself on the main floor, which features a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. This floor also includes two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a Smart TV.
